With nearly 50% more box volume than existing models, it also has a 1,500-pound cargo box capacity on top of a 3,500-pound towing capacity.
As for ground clearance, you’re covered in rough terrain with 15” of ground clearance made to overcome large obstacles.

Live in a chilly climate? The RANGER XD 1500 NorthStar Ultimate is the first utility side-by-side that comes from the factory with heated seats. Additionally, the NorthStar Edition is equipped with a new HVAC system and fully enclosed ProShield cab, redesigned with improved sealing to protect from dust and water, while maintaining the temperature in the climate-controlled cab.

NorthStar Ultimate models come from the factory with the highest performing audio system ever found in a RANGER, and there is an option to turn it up even more by adding two additional rear speakers and two 8″ subwoofers.
For those living in winter-prone climates, a new, 84” plow promises a faster plow experience — especially when it’s paired with Polaris’ hydraulic plow lift and angle kit.
Three Models to Choose From
The 2024 RANGER XD 1500 line includes the RANGER XD 1500 Premium, equipped with one of the most comprehensive standard packages in a side-by-side to date. Expect 29” tires, tilt steering and seat slider for customizable comfort as well as four drive modes, boosted brakes, heavy-duty suspension, high-output LED headlights for enhanced visibility, and multiple USB ports so you can charge on the go.
Meanwhile, the RANGER XD 1500 NorthStar Premium has a fully enclosed cab with HVAC temperature and five different blower settings, lockable full doors with power windows and a fixed front glass windshield. There’s also an electronically controlled power tilt, an overhead switch panel for easy accessorizing, and an overhead rear work light to illuminate the cargo box in low-light conditions. Not to be overlooked are its 30” Kenda® CrossTrail tires and available 32” tires to overcome large obstacles and tough terrain.
